How it works
SHARD writes no smart contracts of its own. It composes an existing, audited Solana program, Streamflow, into one interface for splitting a token position.

Lock
Deposit tokens into escrow.
You pick an SPL token and an amount. When you create the structure, the tokens move from your wallet into escrow accounts owned by Streamflow's vesting program, not by SHARD and not by you.
- Program: Streamflow Vesting & Locks
- One escrow account per claim
- Escrow balance always equals the claim's unredeemed tokens

Split
Define claims with their own rules.
Each claim has an owner wallet, an exact token amount and a schedule: immediate, a cliff date, or linear vesting. SHARD checks in base units that the claims add up to exactly the deposit.
- Immediate, cliff and linear schedules
- Up to 8 claims per structure
- Creator cannot cancel or claw back

Transfer
Owners can hand a claim on.
The current owner of a claim can transfer it to any other wallet. The schedule and remaining tokens move with it. Nobody else, including the creator, can move it.
- Signed by the current owner only
- Schedule is unchanged
- Recorded onchain, visible in Explore

Redeem
Take tokens out as they unlock.
Whatever the schedule has unlocked, the owner can withdraw to their wallet at any time. The program computes the unlocked amount itself, so nothing can be redeemed early.
- Partial or full redemption
- Unlock math enforced by the program
- Tokens arrive in the owner's wallet
